These Terms govern your use of Webyphone (the “Service”), operated by PixelPort LLC. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

Webyphone provides a web-based inbox for managing SMS conversations using phone numbers provisioned through third-party telecom providers.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your credentials.
We may require identity verification, payment verification, or additional information to reduce fraud and comply with telecom rules.

3) Acceptable Use (Strict)

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity, including:

OTP/2FA or third‑party verification code harvesting or “receive SMS for online services” use cases
Fraud, phishing, scams, harassment, threats, or invasion of privacy
Sending unsolicited marketing messages or spam
Attempting to evade carrier, telecom, or provider policies

We may monitor usage patterns to detect abuse and may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts or numbers at any time to protect the Service, comply with carrier requirements, or prevent misuse.

4) Consent & Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring that messaging through the Service is consent-based and compliant with applicable laws and carrier policies (including opt-out handling via STOP and help via HELP as applicable).

5) Fees & Billing

Fees (if any) are described at purchase. You authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge your payment method. Taxes may apply. We may change pricing with notice.

6) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (including reclaiming numbers) if you violate these Terms, pose a risk, or if required by telecom providers or law.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messages due to carrier/network factors.

8) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelPort LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
