• Messaging data: phone numbers associated with your account and inbound/outbound message content and metadata (timestamps, sender/recipient, carrier type), to provide the service.
• Technical data: IP address, device identifiers, logs, and usage analytics to secure and operate the platform.

2) How We Use Information

• Provide and operate the Webyphone service and customer support
• Prevent fraud and abuse (including detecting prohibited OTP/verification harvesting patterns)
• Process payments and manage subscriptions
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests
• Improve reliability, security, and product performance

3) Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, telecom/SMS providers, hosting, analytics, and payment processors). We may also share information to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect users and the public.
