SMS Messaging Policy

Webyphone is a messaging platform operated by PixelPort LLC. We provide dedicated phone numbers that allow customers to receive inbound SMS messages through a secure web dashboard.

1) Consent and Opt‑In

Messaging is user‑initiated. End users opt in by voluntarily sending a message to a Webyphone-provided number. By initiating contact, the sender consents to receive replies related to their inquiry or service request.

Webyphone does not send unsolicited marketing messages.

2) Message Types

Messages may include customer support responses, account-related notifications, and service communications connected to a user-initiated interaction.

3) Prohibited Use

Webyphone does not permit use of the platform for:

OTP/2FA or third‑party verification code harvesting
Bypassing identity verification systems
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity

Accounts engaging in prohibited activity may be restricted or suspended.

4) Opt‑Out

Recipients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After receiving a STOP request, no further messages will be sent to that recipient, except where required to confirm the opt-out.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient’s carrier plan.
